Hướng dẫn bảo quản trang sức bạc cao cấp : 
 
1.Bạc là dạng một kim loại mềm đòi hỏi phải được đánh bóng, vệ sinh thường xuyên để duy trì vẻ rực rở ban đầu của nó, giữ gìn cẩn thận tránh bị va đập, trầy xước. 
2.Trang sức làm đẹp cho bạn trong bất kì thời gian nào trong ngày, nhưng bạn nên tháo ra trước khi tiếp xúc với các chất hóa học hay các chất mài mòn trang sức như thuốc tẩy, amoniac, cồn, axeton, nước rửa chén, đồ trang điểm hay keo xịt tóc. 
3.Trang sức sẽ bị đóng ten, hoen ố hay mất đi độ sáng bóng, khi đặt trong môi trường ẩm ướt, gió bụi và ánh nắng. Cách bảo quản duy nhất trước khi bạn cất giữ trang sức : rửa thật sạch và sấy khô để riêng biệt chúng trong hộp đựng trang sức. 
 
Điều kiện bảo hành : 
 
Sản phẩm mua trong vòng 03 tháng sẽ được bảo hành miễn phí. 
Nếu sản phẩm bị hư do lỗi kỹ thuật sẽ sữa lại cho khách hàng miễn phí. 
Sản phẩm đã mua bi hư do các trường hợp khác sẽ tính phí sửa chữa. 
Sản phẩm mua trong vòng 03 tháng sẽ được thu lại bằng 50% giá trị theo đơn mua hàng.( sản phẩm phải còn nguyên vẹn ). 
Nếu sản phẩm mua quá 03 tháng sẽ được thu lại theo giá bạc khối trên thị trường.
